POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Here at 15 Studio Beauty our goal is give every client the quality care and attention they deserve which is why we have incorporated these policies and procedures to ensure you have the Ultimate Beauty Experience!
We ask that you give at least a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All appointments are secured with a credit card or deposit (non-refundable). Deposits are non refundable and may be applied to services. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the missed service requested. Cancellations and reschedules will be charged 50% of requested service if not cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour window. All appointments are scheduled for the time needed to complete your requested service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule and a late fee will be applied. If your appointment does go over past time you may be asked to reschedule or pay an additional fee for additional time.
All deposits paid for services, classes, and trainings are non refundable.
